General Overview
Items ordered from artistic audio are shipped from the
warehouse in Missouri or drop-shipped directly from
the manufacturer or partnering warehouses. Most orders
are shipped via UPS Ground, Airborne Ground, or
manufacturers carrier anywhere in the world. Orders
for in-stock items are processed, filled and shipped
within 5 days.
Factory Warranty
The speakers carry a full 5 year parts and labor
warranty. If the speakers need to be serviced within
the warranty period due to a factory defect, please
contact artistic audio immediately. We will arrange
for the pickup and servicing of the speakers by a
factory authorized dealer in your area.
Shipping and Handling
We ARE able to ship speakers to anywhere in the world.
Please send an email to our Sales Department for all
international shipping orders for a quote on shipping
costs.
Product Packing and Quality Control
At times we may supplement packing material or re-box
items into plain brown or white boxes, to ensure safe
delivery of products at no additional charge to our
customers. However most product boxes are never opened
to maintain the factory seal. Product has been
inspected for completeness and quality control to
insure you receive the product in the best possible
condition.

responsible for delays resulting in improper or
inaccurate information provided by you to us, such as
email addresses or phone numbers. Please be accurate
when sending communications to us. artistic audio will
never release, sell or distribute your email address,
phone number, address or any other information to
other companies unless that information is required to
facilitate your order.
Shipping Damage & Initial Defects
Inspect your order upon arrival and notify us via
email or phone within 48 hours of any damage or
defects. Failure to notify us immediately of shipping
damage or defects will indicate your acceptance of the
order as complete and satisfactory. All orders are
shipped insured for the full value of the item. If
your insured item is damaged in transit, first call
the shipping company to notify them of the damage, and
then call artistic audio. We will take care of the
reshipment for you once the carrier has recovered the
damaged item. Damaged or defective items will be
replaced at artistic audio’s discretion.
